Hi Saracen,
First there is no argument here. We all want clear facts to base our decisions on.
Being a Top 20 Holder you might be able to talk with MH this week and get an explanation on the "Lode Claims" and let us know how they fit in the puzzle at the "Taylor Uranium Project". TIA
BTW there was a modification to all the 11/05/2007 "Lode Claims" on 18/05/2007. (See below) Unable to image the modification. Maybe you could ask about this as well. Again TIA :)
Cheers,
Brantley

All the modifications to the "Lode Claims" look the same. The only difference is the "Time Stamp".

Extra Lateral rights are important in such minerals as oil and gas because it is a complete nonsense to differentiate between the oil under your land and the guys next door when they come from a common body. Therefore if you put a straight well under your property you will be lowering the amount of oil under next door, hence the need for rights.
If you had a mine such as the copper mine in Haggerty, where shafts are drilled but not always in a vertical direction, to follow the ore, then sideways movement will be permitted.
Follow me here, If you use ISL to mine the uranium, some ( a little) may leach from the other areas but the main process focusses on placing the central well over the main body and the external wells outside of it. This pushes the uranium through diffusion, from one side to the other. How can you get the uranium on someone elses land using ISL without placing wells on their land? That is the main question. These Lode claims are mainly in reference to oil and gas. Again, ISL works between the wells that you place on your land, not drawing the U from other places.
I am happy to have a free for all argument on this.
( I still hold a Top 20 amount of oppies so don't think I don't believe in the company, I just want to clarify this recent debate).
