You would 'dearly hope for holders" that the capital raise is an amount required against factual and (1000's) of recent sales orders.
Somehow I doubt it.
If they have 10,000+ sales orders for Rova and need to fund costs to buy, then fair enough, if not, it's ugly.
Whoever funds this CR is out of their heads unless it's against actual sales orders, not to fund the 3 stooges wages for the next 12 months.
