(The global figure is fossil-fuel only so the total is really a bit higher).

Effect of CO2 is logarithmic, so proportionate effect of Australia reducing emissions by say a generous 40% is log(32100-139*0.4)/log(32100)-1 = -0.00017

If business as usual gives us say 3 deg C warming by 2100, then full Finkel success would deliver a difference of -0.00017*3 = -0.00051 deg C.

It doesn't matter how you cut it, the effect of Finkel on global temperature is unmeasurably small.
