Well the problem now is that unless we have the capital raising to a significant player with deep pockets - the SP is going to be in limbo. Unless we have a buyer with equally deep pocket as the seller who is able to absorb this supply the SP wont rise too much.
It wont matter if we have valmin, npv and reserve statements coming out with tremendous upside because the main buyers are aware there is capping going on and cheaper stocks would be available if they just wait.
IMHO - this capping is performed by a existing major shareholder with an intention of accepting a coming bid (in which they are a party on in some distinct way) - again conjecture only. The share supply is quite vast and they are not in the mood for this to fly to 5-6c.
I think the management should get the Capital raised asap to provide working capital and we can see the SP appreciating from there.
Could be entirely wrong here too lol
