get to 5% and must declare.

then at each 1% above this, must declare also.

then at 20% must make offer for all.

can add 3% creeping every 6 mths past 20% without bidding.

likely but illegal - friends and associates buy (warehousing and goes on a lot) with promise to sell on at agreed price later. this keeps the original 5% er out of the news until he's ready to strike.

poss pump and dump going on.

from this i am not really any the wiser where mos is concerned.

however, i conclude that the buying has been very cleverly done and will side with the coe and friends assumption.

it is not drilling mechanics at 5 million a time buying.

we could have another party who has added substantially tho.

we'll know soon enough.

a succesful hurricane and mid 20's is fair value. a good jawsone then maybe late 20's. after this the risk returns.
