I can't see this dragging on and on. Remember Telstra is holding back the reins on spending $1billion in regional Australia to upgrade base stations, provide 4G to regional areas etc etc. It has said it will not invest this money until it is certain there will be no declaration. Vodaphone is holding the regional areas to ransom. The Government will want this issue resolved with certainty as soon as possible.
