Ummmm, this values it at a 2c share price at current levels of dilution. I don't think this part of the report is relevant at all, since they do mention they expect it to be a premium to 20c, which at current levels of trading, it pretty much has to be. I think you've taken your image way out of context, even conveniently cutting out the post-consolidation basis part :/
