Maybe not a takeover of MRC but maybe MRC have already agreed to sell their ALD stock to an interested third party at a dollar when the ALD takeover occurs in the near future.

Maybe the Chinese who originally did the due diligence on ALD last year have approached MRC and the M&G investment fund to take all their stock and to control whole ALD project?

What would $20m for ALD plus additional cash from exercise of options do for MRC? Anyone work it out?

Speculation only but possible in my opinion.
