Hi Ergo,

What reason would ASIC need to get involved?

Two recently appointed directors resigned, another was voted out...

I feel that shareholders deserve an explanation as to why this happened from the company, I feel it would benefit the overall sentiment of 4CE if an explanation was given.

From a legality standpoint though, why would ASIC need to get involved? One can like what's going on, one can dislike what's going on, but what laws have been broken?

Two point of views happening here in my opinion: 'the way you want things to be' and 'the way things are'. I'm a believer of the latter.

If you are a believer of the former, do something about it.....but you've already tried that.
