As long as it's self sufficient, it isn't costing XPE anything, hence they only acquired 56% of MIC.
Their goal was to acquire XPE for their IP and resources (especially after the Codium deal fell through)......I guess that "court issue" due to "financial issue" wasn't that big a deal that others were lead to believe........actually, this could have made the acquisition of Jemsoft cheaper......?
