However the house value may decline during the cycle but in time the overall value will rise - unless adverse circumstances change the asset value i.e. aluminium cladding burning?
So given the epee developed by TFC/QIN and the rising population and living standards in the target market it is reasonable to assume over time a growing number abel to pay the premium for this coy's various products.
So I remain confident of the long term value and confident that a solution will be found for the short term liquidity issue.
As to governance a change in procedures and perhaps board personell would resolve the issue IMO
