Going to be worth watching - that announcement looks like a quick 'lodge by close Friday' so hopefully that means there is a little more detail coming next week.
The more I think about it the more I think there may be a bit of buying coming next week - $5m in the tin from a single buyer at a price above the closing level is pretty rare. In fact I can't think of it happening in any stock I have been involved with or even read about.
I like the Boards decision to attract an investor willing to accept zero discount. Maybe the $$$ are just for putting a safe runway ahead of us - but if its because they have decided on an exec appointment then great - that means we are about to put the accelerator down right on the step into H2 2017.
I'd like to think that this week will be the last time you can buy any under 5c but lets wait and see.
