You have just described "vehicle fleet telematics". As you say companies such as CXZ are already doing it.

CXZ also collect and analyze data, etc as you have described.

Maybe CXZ and BUD can merge (or whatever) at some point and take care of a client's needs in relation to both premises and vehicles.
