The Mums and Dads are more likely to accept a low ball price of say 15c on a TO as they are sick and tired of the SP manipulation. Fortunately, the balance of power is in the instos and the top 3, and they know how to assess value, therefore will not cave in.
However even for the likes of FJ whose av price is around 8c, even just at over at 20+c would stand to make say 100 mil, it must be tempting.
