we don't know exactly what the barrister reviewed at all and in what depth, the priority would have been to secure the escrow funds which was linked to the warranty.. imo success is correct to suggest we should not be relying on watchstones announcements in relation to any of this. in the same breath they complain they have no idea what evidence they are up against... also as an aside it is a subtle but important distinction between less than 50 percent and not more than 50 percent.
