Accept your point there are good reasons why a CISCO full stock offer would win over a cash offer. There may even be taxation benefits. But now is just not the right time IMO. Struth we have to at least get some big runs on the board first, like France, Los Vegas or even a new maritime navigation system for the US Navy; otherwise the offer whether full stock or $ will be a pittance.
