Your post was full of possiblies???? and one of them that jumped out at me was the fact you kept referring to the Relenza Patent as a (Trademark) and you could very well be correct as I said in my last post.

What if Biota have the Patent back not as getting the name back (Relenza) but the Zanamivir Patient which is GG167 for the scientific name.............and GSK keep the Relenza Trade name back. I am also referring to that article it mentioned Zanimivir was not yet an approved drug(Zanamivir is however approved for inhaled use)?

Maybe you could have a look at the last lot of Patents and see what you think,?
Just an idea, something doesn,t gel here.
