You can actually copy the active tips into a text file and save it with a file name that has a .CSV name and then open it directly in excel
So steps are
1. Open Notepad app on Windows
2. Copy all the open tips in to notepad from Hot cope using cut and paste
3. Save the File on your had disk called Say "STTOpenTips.CSV"
4. Now go to excel and open that text file as a Comma Separated Value File
5. Whalla ! You should have all tips magically separated into columns and Ready to go !!!
Any file above that is separated by commas (ie, Like the diary text) can also be loaded into excel in the same what ...
Note: Its why I recently made changes to include commas so people can easily download to they own systems
Enjoy
PS: Not sure how you would do steps 1-3 on Apple platform .. by I'm sure Microsoft Excel on Apple will load CSV files also as this is a computing Industry standard.
