It's always a bit disappointing, or dare I say maybe even illegal, to hear that one particular shareholder, shared between a small group, seems to have ahead of others knowledge that permits are about to be granted. This seems to me to be critical knowledge that the market should all know at the same time. Something about an even playing field?
