She isn't indispensible - she is just 10%. The market will be concerned that she may compete when her non compete is up, and also the market will be concerned that her actions might be indicative of other specialists intentions, or alternatively tensions between specialists and management, or (more IMO) reactions to negative market changes. We are yet to see if those concerns are valid or not.
