well, my point is this wasn't the right time for CR. It could be in few months after having some progress in construction and ground work and ... Then it could be done and definitely ended to raising much more money.

secondly, considering the impact of CR and diluting the current shares is not smart decision in compare to more finance and paying interest. To me that was a lazy decision to avoid more commitment from management. Considering the less than two years return for PLS, asking for higher finance was possible.

Another main question I have asked is about information leak. You may disagree. But look at a few recent important announcements. News on Twitter first then PLS announcement. No positive reaction to finance/ bound news??!! I asked that questions at that time and a few mentioned CR. That is a proof to me, Management are not capable of handling sensitive information.

lastly, why MIN again, who cause so much of damage to PLS back in mid / late last year, and now we are dealing with them again. If PLS is such a resource and potential, it shouldn't be that much of problem to get the rest of the fund from somewhere else than MIN.
