i just hand picked your post and i am amazed by your point that;

cant you read the last 2 ANN by stating that:

they are doing a deal which is DEBT TO EQUITY.....

and i believe we all agree it is critical/important for QIN to remove short term liability risk so as long as it can be reached, QIN should do well even with a further CR ....

can we stay Tuned than trying to conclude it.....
