Its got to do with the companies cap on issuing capital with ASIC you can only raise upto 15% and then the rest needs shareholder approval over this amount hence tranche 1 being now and Tranche 2 in July after the company general meeting to approve (cover their A##es) the issue tranche 2 after a SH vote.
What annoys me is no where in the ann does it say we are fully funded, when GL will put up the cash if ever and that now they have moved the production goal post to Quarter 2 in the first line. Where the investor presentation on Friday showed Q1 2018.
