Is that the alert warning of breakout up or down?

The SP has hit 7.6c three times now and each time it has then run to just above 10c only to be pegged back again.

News is essential now. A positive announcement early July when the May/June spec blues are becoming a bad memory could see a major breakout. The thing holding this back will be some of the 60 million 6c shares and options being sold for a stag profit. Hopefully because the entitlement is only 1:10 and at 6c (so only a total of 7.5% of value of total holding) that few holders will sell to fund this and SP will not be held back too much.

IMO PENs potential is likely better than both WMT and BLR, and good news will see it quickly re-rate to high teens to low 20s.

Here is hoping it can beat the 10.5c blues for good this time.
