3 years ago since together with Prof. Limroth and your beloved guru Diamond they wrote an article
reporting ATL1102 data including MRI data sometime in November 2014.

Well the IND process was supposed to be delivered in May and allegedly hasn't happened yet. Do you
call material change or due to such the usual professional behaviour of management we should assume that
now the documentation is in the proper FDA department ? Also the words normally used by Diamond in his
various announcements such "is expected" "should" "potentially be" aren't to be considered vague terms
but strong reality and the only reason ANP does not follow up is because there is no need to doubt their
precision and transparency in the announcements' content ?
