Of the 1.9m Rights issue only 1.5m is underwritten... Yikes! Vivid are going to need to come out with some meaningful sales announcements or else there may be quite the shortfall in take up?

Per the recent Cleansing notice:
Only 22% of the existing shareholders participated in the placement.

Per the 2016 Annual report, the Top 20 shareholders accounted for c.45% of the shares on issue.

It would appear there may be some disgruntled Top 20 shareholders - Can't really blame them given the last raise was less than 12 months ago at 7.5c.

Is issuing long dated options at relatively low strike prices, in addition to the underwrite fees, really in the best interests of shareholders??

Does this mean 78% were new shareholders in the placement? Grateful for your input - I find this all confusing.
