Its standard procedure for a shell that has a reverse takeover (vends in a new business). In this case TYK transforms from mineral explorer to diamond wholesaler which is a change in the nature of the business and possibly scale. Thus it needs to recomply with ch 1 and 2 of ASX rules in order to stay on the boards. It can be a 2-3 month wait tho...
