Hopefully when they reject the bid, they release some new details (e.g long term projections, comparative valuations, debt forecasts) justifying their views, and perhaps supporting a higher price even absent a new bid.
I agree there is risk, low volume and drifting down, if suddenly there where a lot of sellers it could head towards $3
