Agree with all that the Companies attempt to raise funds this way is a bit unfair to long term holders - dilution of shares is happening for a reason - to raise cash to speed up its roll out of the "hythane business model" in India - India deal is going to be this companies catalyst for entry into other developing economies with serious pollution issues- while hythane is not a lng term solution to C02 emission its is beginning to be noticed as a quick fix sloution - its a lot easier to sell a product to sceptical companies/countries once it is up and running - the chinese are no fools either , countries at the moment want to be seen as attempting to be doing something on climate change now while trying to protect their economic interests
