Yes this stock pure speculation alright anything could happen, hardly a secure long term investment with hedge funds involvement its not as if its got banks support where the banks are really mainly only interested in the ability of a company to comfortably meet their financial obligations to them . With the hedge funds money now behind the company there are any number of variables as to what may happen even if the company does does come good and gain some real traction , would the existing shareholders still be on board or shafted by any number of ways by the US hedge funds and their investors . An unexpected devastating over the top DFE decision to drastically reduce the huge burden of the existing debt would be great for the company at the expense of the companies ordinary share holders . Arrangements could be/would quite likely be made for management and other shareholders employed by the company as regards the shares they hold in other words looked after somehow , unfortunately all other ordinary shareholders in SGH could simply have their share severely diluted for the good of the company . The company if successfully turned around could eventually be sold off who knows .
