Are any of u guys able to explain how that works. I'm in a tricky situation as i will have alarge capital gain this year and bcause of who my bank loans are with i am anable to pre pay intrest. is it possible totransfer shares to anoather account and claim a tax loss. if so wht prices do they get transfered at? any advice would be appreciated and i will seek proper advice from my accountant. Though alot of ppl er have alot of practicle experience which i am happy to listen to but in the end make my own decisions.
I have a large amount of holdings in the options which could be close to trading at a loss
