Onwards to round two ....... if WPL buy FAR before Arbitration process completes to end the pain of delay.......then FAR will not strictly have won the arbitration
I expect no rush from FAR to complete their submission......and the panel needs to be selected first etc, etc...
Well played FAR management. If they end up with nothing they have certainly given their best effort to leverage the PE situation to the advantage of holders.
