O&G Investor, while I agree with what you wrote, what we have to consider is that Cottee has already managed to delay the voting on the Scheme of Arrangement twice already and, who is not to say that he might find another feeble excuse to come up with another delay and put it once again in front of the Judge to get his/hers nod of approval.??

Don't forget that they are spending company's money while doing so.

In closing, besides getting approval for a date extension, what else did change even after having asked for a review of the IE report from the IE himself.?? Very little indeed if anything at all. Just a total waste of time in the hope that some shareholders will change their mind and previous voting patterns.

If it wasn't because we are all matured people, one would be excused/forgiven to think that we are playing in kindergarten ground here in the way CTP and it's BoD are doing.
