Yes, that has become apparent...although if the case, it suggests an incredibly cheap opportunity if result eventually prove the thing commercial.
They do say down-rampers on pick on the stocks with the greatest capacity to increase in price over time.
No use wasting time down-ramping a dud stock...it will never bounce enough to make it worth their while?
