    I second that Sloth,
    The Chinese own the neighbouring mine in Gabon, a $3B US operation.

    Also the expensive part is getting the Ore to the Ship... Not the shipping, that is relitively cheap.

    On the other hand, down ramping welcome! I would love the SP to drop another couple cents so I can get back in ;)
