Too many shareholders in our 'clever' country get robbed by crooked directors, and authorities allow this to happen time and time again. Many of us here had multiple companies failing on them, and I am not talking about SP reductions over time because the companies need to spend money for exploration.
The only clever ones are the corporate thieves.
