Through my rose tinted glasses, I am inclined to say that today's announcement is not a surprise and still carries hope. Think about it. It is probably easier to just announce a VA and no longer have to keep coming up with these suspension extension requests. As for the board and management, I doubt they want to continue to be constantly scrutinised and be labelled as liars, incompetent etc while we haven't reached a resolution. Why drag out the pain if there isn't a real potential lifeline? I think it's real and it exists. They are trying and why wouldn't they? Don't forget Fw and the board all have substantial interests in the company. They wouldn't want it to go to nothing either. They are trying hard. I am confident their interests do align with the shareholders in this circumstance. We can only pray it goes through and this company survives another day to trade.
