Dubspec,
I respect your queries and believe they should be brought up once in a while as things tend to change as time goes by. I myself have been focused on the curving of expenses, eg: Scott Bliss in the manufacturing department has changed ADMEDUS'S bottom line upside down and set ADMEDUS in the right direction by improving the pass rate of manufacturing which adds millions of dollars of profit to the bottom line which brings me to the quality of executives that have joined ADMEDUS from around the globe with not only credentials and achievements in their resume but a willingness to change direction of their professional career and join ADMEDUS'S journey.
The last time I put trust in someone it not only destroyed my lifestyle but my families too.
DYOR
I can only go on my past experiences and having run businesses with three different facets and sales revenue larger than ADMEDUS pre-code red. I focus from board to management and focused especially on the procedures, systems and metrics that WP is running ADMDEUS by. I don't disagree with you on the old management but I believe Julian had done the best he could in the position he held and played a big part before and after code red, he made the transition smooth for code red to transform ADMEDUS into the company he himself envisioned and gave 100% to make sure that ADMEDUS was going in the right direction.
I can't say the theory was a mistake but the execution was a disgrace. ADMEDUS'S ground force reps from the management down in the USA and Europe had no procedures, systems or metrics and if they believed they did they were wrong. The cost to ADMEDUS for setting up their own distribution in Europe and America has cost a phenomenal amount of money in the tens of millions of dollars not only as a cost of setting the division up but ongoing support, make sure you put focus on the turnaround in Europe which should make a big difference in growth with the new team in place and when the numbers are read out in the 4th qtr I believe you will be over the moon. I hope this helps.
