One think is certain, if WPL wants to guarantee a favourable result it will have to either deal with FAR, get a controlling interest in or T/O FAR, otherwise it's rolling the dice on COP winning Arbitration...WPL have a lot to lose now, 35% of the next RISC upgrade would be leaving potentially 3-400Mil barrels on the table with SNE alone, which they have only paid $450 -500 Mil for, or not much over $AU 1.30 a barrel effectively....their shareholders would not like that hanging on a toss up knowing they don't have title...we're talking Billions here in lost future value...this is an exceptional field with high quality oil.
Mind you FAR are rolling the dice also but we never had it to lose in the first place, our eyes are the size of dinner plates just picturing it...
