    Yes these substantial holder notices are confusing people on HC at least. Good to keep an eye on but knee jerk emotional reactions need to be quelled.

    Anyway, has anyone spotted the pennant formed on this? I've been watching for the next breakout pattern to emerge. Seems pretty well established as a pennant now. Basic TA gives me a price target of 5.6c on the next leg up.
