It is an interesting development. It shows Anchorage is ruthlessly cunning in business. I don't know why they haven't done some D4E and taken SP to $0.001 SP already. That would get rid of bothersome current shareholders and SP could then only go up.

I think MB could learn something here and hire prior SGH directors and officers who will sing like canaries about how the Ponzi scheme was contrived.
