Look I remember right at the start of the question time a mention of a few weeks until a material ann could be made on drilling. But........... Alan also suggested that an upgrade on the jorc would not be made probably until after there had been some agreement put in place, with one of the two party's in London.

So maybe they are close to an agreement, or that first comment he made was possibly out of place
