More precisely, gross tonnage of 17k is a measure of the ship's volume while deadweight of 28k is a measure of the weight it can carry. So there's plenty of room for both spod and copper on the Belle Ocean. We clearly need to depute a HC poster to accompany each ship all the way to China to stop nervous hearts afluttering.
