You invest in things knowing the risks and the upside. If either of those things change in your mind, you sell.
I have 1m ASNOA, that looks now worthless (I also hold some more ASN). Am I upset at management for holding off on fictional news? No. I bought them knowing the risk, and in that, I can shrug and say I was wrong without being emotional and blaming others.
