Approaching $1.20 and still no signs of any takeover offer. Could be that the outlook for the company is still strong and maybe they might consider upping their div payout. Also they have been trying to take on larger projects which they have been doing slowly but surely so perhaps they are becoming more entrenched as a bigger player which could be supporting the sp at these levels without any t/o.
