No, it is because QIN was able to utilise various accounting standards to depict the appearance of a profitable business when they were in actual fact heavily reliant on external financing to fund and grow operations.
QIN has only got to this point because of very accommodating shareholders and financiers who have tipped in equity and debt to plug the hole.
