My intentions were to buy if WPL dropped to $13.50
Now it is at $13.40 I think maybe lower.
Bought 10,000 EMS...now watch it drop like a rock.
WOW has got me stuffed.Never know where to enter.When it hit $11.50 i thought it was on a technical type of retracement.Got me beat.
