�� Natural Fuel signs 12 year agreement with Banyan Utilities (“Banyan”) to build,
operate and transfer a cogen plant for Jurong Island plant
�� Delivers approximately 5% reduction in energy & utility costs
�� Cogen Plant scalable to meet NFL’s plans to grow its Jurong Island beyond
stage one capacity of 600,000 metric tonnes per annum
�� Additional revenues from sales of electricity that are in excess of NFL’s
requirements
