@Asimpletonne
Well at least you replied on the topic !
Others don't want to discuss it by the looks of it.
Perhaps they haven't seen the program I saw in Europe about a month ago regarding ASX company's.
Some important investor groups were now starting to refuse to invest in company's who had no mixed board of directors. In other words if the board is all male they will not buy the stock & if they already own it will either vote against existing directors salary & re-elections or start selling out, to change the ASX boardroom culture.
So from that point of view its really important to get some appropriate female presence on the Syntonic board ( I do mean with the appropriate skill set to contribute to decision making). Worth noting none of the advisory board are female either.
@syzygy
Sorry I have to totally disagree with your point of view on Gamze.
You don't work for T-Mobile in important roles for 9 years & then just go off on a short term contract hoping for the best.
Either she didn't like the culture at Syntonic or M87 offered her a far superior position within that company.
If she's the expert on the topic, what do they do now if something goes wrong or they want to upgrade the product further?

Much to ponder I'd say ahead of next Friday ( my personal prediction for the day of the OTT announcement so it makes all the weekend press in the USA etc).
