I think to be honest, this is where the distinction between investing and trading come in to play.
Would I invest in a company whose board doesn't have significant gender diversity? To be honest, it doesn't bother me - I want who is best for the role in the position, male or female - it makes no difference to me. Would it affect my opinion of a company? No.
Would they "invest" in the company with no female executives? It doesn't sound like it. Would they trade in the exact same company? Probably. Why would you pass on the opportunity to make easy money solely on the fact of gender equality in the boardroom?
Syntonics executive team is made up of male executives - however, it doesn't mean they won't hire any female executives. In fact, I encourage it. The other question to ask is - do these executive women who have the skill set, WANT to work for Syntonic. Just because we need diversity, doesn't mean they will come rushing to the door either.

Also, looking at the change in position, Gamze seems to have taken in a more senior role with M87 which probably offered her a higher income. Im not lookgoing by into it too much. Staff come and go. There is always someone else who can come along.
Look at how many companies are involved in sponsored data all over the world. Whilst Gamze has patents, doesn't say someone else doesn't know how to repair issues should they arise..
